GLEE UTA is dedicated to protecting our visitor’s privacy online. The purpose of this policy is to inform you about the types of information we gather about you, how we use that information, whether we disclose the information to third parties, and the choices you have regarding our use of, and your ability to correct, the information. Our site(s) may contain links to other web sites. We have no control over the privacy practices of any of our business partners, advertisers, sponsors or other sites to which we provide links from our sites.

I. Information Which We Collect We may request that you voluntarily supply us with personal information, including your e-mail address.  This site contains a locally hosted interactive Forum.  Personal information may be collected during the registration process of a user.  In addition to collection of voluntarily provided information, this website leaves “Cookies” on your hard drive in order to provide functionality to the site and provide specialized features such as recognize a user as a previous visitor, save and recall preferences. A cookie cannot retrieve any other data from your hard drive, pass on a computer virus, or capture your e-mail address. For every visitor to this site, the Web Server automatically identifies his or her domain and IP information. The collection of this data is a necessary part of the data transfer protocols used by the Internet and is also required for logging purposes. Statistical information gathered reflects usage summaries such as: general access (number of hits received), resources accessed (most and least popular areas of the site), visitors and demographics (IP addresses and domains), activity statistics (most/least active days), technical statistics (client errors), referrers and keywords (search engines and sites that point to my site), and browsers and platforms.

II. Use of User Information If you provide us personal information that we may need to correspond with you or provide you with a subscription, we will use such information for these purposes. Any form on this site where an email address is obtained offers the option to keep the email address private.   If this option is not selected, said information becomes part of the Site's public record. We only use "cookies" to gather the information indicated in this policy and do not use cookies to gather personal identifying information about you without your consent. This site uses counter/tracker/logger analysis tools to make reports for the host and owners to monitor user interest for development purposes and to improve the content of the web sites. We do not use personal identifying information for any reason that is not disclosed either in this Policy or at the time the information is requested. We never send e-mail to you unless you request a particular service, or consent to being contacted by e-mail.  The information collected in the Forum is captured and stored, and accessible only to other members of the Forum.

VI. Opting-out At any time, any user may "opt-out" of further e-mail contact from us by clicking on the unsubscribe link in a solicited email. Please allow 24 hours for us to update our database.
